Contemporary Cowl

Contemporary Cowl

A comforter. A cosy cowl with a modern twist. A bit of affordable luxury.

Not being able to speak due to a throat infection, which is a terrible condition for a teacher, I felt an urge for something soft and cosy around my neck to comfort me. The cowl is a treat against the winter chill. Since it is reversible, you can fold the cowl and still have the right side out.

The design is suitable for the novice knitter. It is knit bottom-up in the round. Shaping is done by double decreases. The cowl is an easy, straightforward and rewarding knit.
